-25% non-refundable deposite regiured to hold any animal. Reservation possible for a maximum of 3 months unless otherwise agreed.

– Payment plans may be accepted at our discretion.

– Animals must be paid in full before shipment or at pick up.

-Animals can be picked up at the reptile show Houten or at my home address. Hamm only in consultation.

– I accept payment through bank transfer of cash by collection of the animal.

– Courier can be arranged by the buyer at their own cost and risk. I have a preference for DDI (Dutch Dragon Import)

– Genetics are my best judgement based on the genetics of the parents.

We do our very best to determine the genetics correctly, unfurtunately it is human to make mistakes.

Therefor we give no guarantee on the genetics and gender.

– All animals are sold with photo ID transfer statement and if necessary with CITES documents.

– Once an animal has left our building (and our supervisie) there will be NO guarantees and NO returns/refunds unless decided otherwise in consultation.

– Shed testing possible (ball pythons) at buyers cost.

-We are NOT responsible for any damages or injuries caused by animals purchased from us.

-Potentially dangerous or toxic animals will NOT be sold to individuals under the age of 21.

In case of doubt, your ID may be requested.

-We do NOT sell animals to minors without the consent of their parent(s) / guardian(s).

All delivered animals are standardly covered by a warranty period of 48 hours after delivery, concerning hidden defects and diseases, unless otherwise agreed upon between both parties. If within this period a defect or disease comes to light, the animals will be replaced at the next delivery, or if not available, a credit will be provided. Deceased animals should be kept in the freezer as evidence for potential examinations, and the defect must be reported to us within the warranty period.

After this period, a suitable compensation will be agreed upon through mutual consultation, provided the cause is reasonable. No compensation will be provided for improper handling, incorrect feeding or housing, or for the purchase of animals through sources other than ours, as the origin of any diseases cannot then be determined. All warranty claims expire after a period of 7 days after delivery, and veterinary costs are never reimbursed.

Damage due to delayed or non-delivered shipments will not be acknowledged by us.

If you have doubts about the health of the animals upon delivery, we advise you to return them immediately and not accept them. By signing, you agree to our delivery terms and acknowledge that the animals delivered at that time are healthy, except for non-visible defects.
